There are 2 positions currently open. Native Level, English Fluency is a must. A strong understand of UX ideation & decision making is part of day to day requirement.
This position will involve the development of a series of concepts based on wireframes and established elements in the client’s current design system. Production of these into ongoing usable assets through the use of Figma.
You would collaborate with the Director of User Experience who will assist in validating the designs with internal and external stakeholders. Feedback will then be integrated back into the designs for production ready files for mobile, tablet and desktop so the engineers can build the product to the design and interaction behavior specifications.
Will also need to take the approved concept and create prototypes for user testing.
There will be Multiple Positions open at this level.
The Product Managers will collaborate with the person/team to help develop world-class designs that will be shipped a series of stakeholder clients. There will be some limited opportunities for early-stage design concepts and innovative ideas.

Routine schedule :
•Have at least 6 hours of availability that can overlap with
the Pacific Time Zone (UDT -8:00)
•Frequent meetings and reviews.
•Attend Weekly meeting Monday 9:30AM ( for example) to kickoff design sprint
•Log progress daily on JIRA ticket
•North American Residents Highly Recommended / Preferred
•Present team members on Wednesdays & Fridays
•Delivery of planned work on Friday EOD each week
Expert Knowledge:
• Figma Prototyping for PWA’s
• Using design systems and Figma libraries
• Production level UI work and specs for engineers and front-end designers
• Embraces Design Sprint culture and methodology
Tools used on the project will include:
• Figma experience (ideal 2 years but subject to discussion )
